LAKE ISABELLA – Fay Ranch Road East - Revegetation Mitigation Project The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for a revegetation mitigation project. Project Description: This requirement is for habitat mitigation of sagebrush-scrub upland and pine-oak woodland. The major work elements include collecting propagules, propagating seedlings, providing water, irrigation systems, container plants, grass seeding for erosion control, browse guards, deer-friendly livestock fence and maintaining the features and the plants for a five-year period of service, including a multi-year establishment period. Maintenance and establishment tasks include watering, weeding, mowing, replacing dead plants and cleanup. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 Landscaping Services. The size standard is $8,000,000. Product Service Code is S208 Housekeeping Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 23, 2022 with quotes due tentatively on September 13, 2022. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
