The opportunity involves equipment containing lead used for radiation shielding in medical settings, including thyroid shields, lead aprons, lead skirts, and removable drapes. It also includes lead from decommissioned laboratory equipment used for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures involving radioactive materials. All material has been surveyed for radioactive contamination and certified free of detectable radiation. Radioactive Property Certifications will be provided to certify the property is free of radioactive materials and components. This is not a service contract.
