This is a sale of intact, non-leaking, non-PCB electrical transformers, not a service contract. The transformers are defined as having less than 50 PPM PCB or being marked as non-PCB by the manufacturer. Bidders intending to export the transformers outside the U.S. for recycling are prohibited and will be rejected. Purchasers must ensure the transformers meet more stringent state PCB regulations (e.g., under 5 PPM for CA, OR, WA) if shipping to those states. If a leak is discovered during removal, the seller (Generator) is responsible for fixing it before the purchaser can take possession.
