The fuel will only be sold to purchasers that can demonstrate the ability to comply with all local, state, and federal laws governing the use of off-specification fuels for energy recovery. The off spec mixed fuel being advertised for sale in this IFB may/will have contamination that may include water and/or fuel oils from aircraft maintenance. Upon request from the Purchaser, the Generator will provide a profile for each tank prior to the tank contents being removed to ensure the fuel can be sold for energy recovery. The tank profile may reference generator knowledge or analysis. The Purchaser may, at their own expense, obtain a small sample for lab analysis/test. This is NOT a service contract.
