ITEM DESCRIPTION Scrap tires (Vehicle and/or aircraft) located at or near Anchorage, Alaska. Generally, scrap material sourced to the resulting contract(s) is considered safe to sell and have no additional restrictions by this Agency. The scrap material issued under this contract shall be assigned a Demilitarization Code of A and B and will be categorized into the SCL(s) listed below. Over the duration of the base period the Government guarantees to issue the Purchaser a minimum total weight equal to the Total QTY identified per SCL specified below, subject to variations as authorized by SBR Part 4, Article 5.
