One must provide commercial WAN service which will encompass an engineering a turn-key solution; procurement of all necessary IT hardware; installation, registration, and configuration of engineered solution; and project management oversight culminating in the successful provision and delivery of two Commercial 10Gbps EDI Circuits to Fortitude Hall on Fort Gordon, GA. The solution shall provide the ability to filter out each interface individually. The initial service period is twelve (12) months from completion, acceptance, and successful provisioning of both Commercial EDI circuits to Fortitude Hall per the Vendor developed, and ARCYBER approved, implementation plan. This contract shall include two additional option years equating to a total potential period of service of three years. The selected vendor shall provide IT Industry Engineering Support - Tier-3 Network and Help Desk Support throughout the duration of this Commercial ISP service contract .
