This is a requirements-type contract for the sale of Foreign Excess Personal Property (FEPP) located at DLA Disposition Services Rota, sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis with no warranty. The estimated Original Acquisition Value is $2.5 million per year, totaling $7.5 million over the three-year (36-month) contract term, though future generation is not guaranteed. The purchaser must accept and pay for all material tendered from specified sites for the full term, with no minimum or maximum quantities and no renegotiation of prices.
