The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO is searching for vendors that can fulfill a requirement for Fire Extinguisher Maintenance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and a contract may or may not result. This is a non-personal service contract to provide Fire Extinguisher Service to 302nd Civil Engineering Squadron, Peterson Space Force Base. The Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and support necessary to provide the required fire extinguisher maintenance services to meet the requirements listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please See Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Fire Extinguisher Maintenance. Please accompany your capability statement with answers to the questions below: Are you able to provide all services outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Do you anticipate any challenges? If so, what are they? Do you have these services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement available on a pre-priced contract? For example, NASA SEWP, GSA 2GIT, DoD ESI? If so, please provide the contract/BPA number. Do you have any questions about the services provided in the attachment? Are there areas that require additional clarification and/or information? If so, please submit. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS? Please identify any Small Business Socio-economic programs your business is eligible for. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to draft a quote? Would you accept a purchase order and payment through WAWF? Or would you only accept payment via Government Purchase Card? Would you claim an exemption to the Service Contract Labor Standards for these services?
