This is a requirement for one (1)-day, childcare service for a Senior Leaders retreat on 16 December 2023. Justification for Operational Childcare LLC is due to the local options it provides and ability to meet the requirement. Provide childcare for 21 children, ages ranging from 6 months–12 years old. Childcare will take place in a resort/hotel conference room (to be named). Provide entertainment and educational actives for 21 children, applicable to and spanning a broad age range (i.e., toys, games, craft projects.). Contractor shall provide barriers to separate children based on ages to prevent any injuries and to prevent any incidences to occur between the children.
