DFAS Red River is requesting services for the erasure of sensitive data (including PII) from two (2) tape drives and two (2) tapes and the destruction of them after the data is erased. The contractor must provide media erasure and destruction services to include the destruction of client’s data bearing media devices (such as tape drives, magnetic tape, solid state devices, etc.). The contractor must provide a certification that the data has been erased and the tape drives and tapes destroyed. All work is to be performed on-site with observation from the Government Point of Contact (GPOC) or site designee. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and any other items necessary to perform all services. Attached is the draft Statement of Work.
