The Defense Finance and Account Services Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for computer-assisted legal research (CALR) services for approximately 45 attorneys and paralegals with a flat fee for unlimited usage and printing per user at two main locations: Indianapolis, IN and Cleveland, OH. The ideal provider will have verifiable experience and expertise in Computer-Assisted Legal Research (CALR) for the Department of Defense, including: A comprehensive set of searchable primary and secondary legal, news, business, financial, medical, and public records databases, including all items listed at 4.0 of the PWS. Customized interfaces. In-person training on the use of CALR and periodic training for any upgrades/enhancements For additional information, please see the attached Sources Sought Notice, PWS Draft, and Contractor Capability Survey.
