The purpose of this amendment is to address the below questions that have been received during this phase of market research. As a result of the inquiries, the PWS and pricing spreadsheet have been revised and attached. Please utilize the updated PWS and pricing spreadsheet for your responses to this market research. As a result, the RFI has been extended until 02/07/2024 at 12:00pm. Please refer to the PWS for specifics regarding the services required for the Electronic Document Management (EDM) Program. You will find questions on the notice of sources sought along with a pricing spreadsheet which will all need to be completed and returned. 1. Where is the place of performance? This information is required to provide the pricing. Answer: The work to be performed is from a remote location as agreed upon by the parties 3.1 PWS 2. PWS Section 4.1.2 refers to Attachment A which was not provided in the RFI package. We require this attachment to price Hardware/Software Fees p/n OLM SIN 70-500 CLIN in the pricing sheet Task 2. Answer: For a complete listing of the hardware, software, and equipment list - see Exhibit 3 within the PWS. The PWS and revised RFI Pricing Spreadsheet has been updated/uploaded and should be utilized. 3. Will there be a separate Travel CLIN as PWS Section 7 refers to travel requirements? Answer: Travel is not anticipated for this task order. The work to be performed under this task order may be performed from a remote location as agreed to by the parties.
