DFAS is seeking a PDF solution that integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow and allows CAC/PIV authentication with digital signatures and electronic on the PDF. DFAS’ goal is to enhance digital signatures on PDF forms to allow real time signatures within the ServiceNow platform. Solution must not leave the ServiceNow platform for signature. Solution must generate a PDF form from ServiceNow and allow collection of data within end to end automated solution. Today DAFS is challenged with the ability to sign PDF forms within the ServiceNow platform to build out requests that will allow the end user to easily move throughout the platform. PDFs are currently being used outside of the platform and uploaded. Possible solution UX Storm PDF Creator Part Number UXS-PDF_LS alternate solutions are being considered.
