AFMETCAL at Heath, Ohio intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Fluke Electronics Corp. for Fluke Met/Cal and Met/Team software and hardware system upgrades and manuals. Fluke was the only company identified as capable of meeting the requirement, which follows an available purchase description. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation package will be issued. Responsible sources may still submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations with clear and convincing evidence of their ability to provide the required items and services.
