This is a Request for Information/Sources Sought for market research, not a solicitation or commitment to contract. The Air Force Metrology Calibration Program seeks sources to supply an upgrade to the existing Fluke Met/Team and Met/Cal calibration management system for the Royal Saudi Air Force, to be expanded to all Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory locations in Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes servers, laptops, and software, with estimated quantities of 1 server, 80 laptops, 99 software packages, and other associated items; reconditioned or used material is not acceptable. Interested vendors are asked to submit capability statements covering company information, relevant experience, technical capabilities, and rough order of magnitude pricing. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate, including teaming arrangements.
