AFPSL Quantum Hall Resistance Standard Measurement System
The Air Force Metrology Calibration Program is seeking sources for a turn-key Quantum Hall Resistance Standard Measurement System to serve as the absolute measurement reference for the U.S. Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory. The system must include a cryogen-free superconducting magnet, automated resistance ratio bridge, and low-thermal matrix scanner, with non-stop automated measurements from 100 mO to 13 kO and uncertainties as low as ±0.015 ppm. Vendors must provide full onsite installation, performance testing, and training for up to ten personnel. Responses are due by 08/13/2026 at 2:00 PM ET, and no budget amount is specified. Performance location is not explicitly stated, but the system will be integrated into the Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory.
