The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to repair, overhaul, and/or modify the C-130 NP2000 Propeller System for the USAF and USN. Technical data is owned by approved sources and is uneconomical to acquire or reverse engineer. The contractor would furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services, and would maintain/calibrate support equipment at its own or a subcontractor’s facility, with replacement material equal to or exceeding original quality. Responses are for informational planning and budgetary forecasting only. Participation does not ensure future solicitation or award, and the government will not reimburse participants’ expenses.
