NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) of USNS OSCAR V.PATTERSON (T-AO 206), tentatively scheduled for 28 Dec 2026–9 Jan 2027. Performance will be in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. The anticipated VRA work is described in the attached Work Item Index. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
