This is a one-time service to clean and restripe the parking lot at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers building in Norfolk, Virginia. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days of contract award. The scope includes cleaning the lot, blacking out old markings, and applying new striping and stenciling for standard, handicap, van-accessible, and reserved spaces, as well as four EV charging stations. The contractor must provide two design layout options for Government review and selection prior to starting work, and is responsible for all personnel, equipment, and materials. All work must meet industry standards and ADA compliance for durability and visibility.
