The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to award a sole source contract to the National Institute of Building Science for subscription services for access and support of the ProjNet–Bid Bidder Inquiry system. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation will be issued. Interested firms that believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer for consideration. Any resulting procurement would require firm registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Government will not reimburse costs associated with submitting capability information.
