The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to provide recreational janitorial services at Englebright Lake. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing this contract. Services shall be performed at various locations within the Englebright project boundaries, Nevada Counties, CA. All work, materials and equipment shall be subject to the approval of the Technical Point of Contact. High lake levels and/or inclement weather may restrict access into a service location. This condition shall not release the Contractor from completing the service. This contract will be a base year + four option years.
