The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a firm-fixed-price Blanket Order Agreement task order to Woodward Inc. for engineering and program management support for LPD-17 Electrical Plant Control Midlife Upgrades. The award is planned as a sole-source action under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR Subpart 6.302-1, because only one responsible source is expected to satisfy the requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in response to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation.
