NSWCPD intends to procure the following services on a Sole Source basis from GE Energy Power Conversion Naval Systems Inc. (CAGE 4YXB0). DDG 1000 Class Integrated Power Systems Sustainment Engineering Support LHA-6 Class Auxiliary Propulsion System Sustainment Engineering Support LHD-8 Class Auxiliary Propulsion System Sustainment Engineering Support Field Service Support for DDG-1000 Class, LHA-6 Class and LHD-8 The proposed contract action is for services for which the Govnerment intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)[10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1)], Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
