This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify contractors capable of providing a fully mission-capable chase aircraft, pilot, and observer to accompany Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) outside restricted airspace. The contractor must supply an aircraft capable of sustained 150 knots at 12,000 feet, equipped for dual-frequency communication, and crewed by personnel meeting all FAA certifications and medical requirements. Performance of services will be based at March Air Reserve Base (KRIV) and extend into restricted airspace R-2515 or R-2503. No budget amount is specified in the notice.
