Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requires UMM Adaptor Blocks and Spare Parts. This is a total small business set-aside procurement. To access the RFQ and controlled drawings, a company must first submit its JCP Certification to the specified email address. The RFQ will be issued only after the pre-solicitation notice closes. All questions must be submitted via email.
