This contract action authorizes the use of brand-name commercial equipment from specified manufacturers, including Distech EC Line Controllers and Software and Honeywell Optimizer Line Controllers and Software. These products are for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) using programmable building controllers to interface with the Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. The work applies to installations under the cognizance of this FEC, including Naval Base Kitsap, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Naval Station Everett, Naval Magazine Indian Island, and all special areas for each.
