Justification and Approval to Increase Capacity on the Multi-Discipline Architect-Engineer Services (RLF)
A ceiling increase of $27,000,000 has been approved for an existing architect-engineer IDIQ contract, bringing its revised maximum value to $127,000,000. The contract provides multi-discipline architectural and engineering services, including design-build RFP preparation and 100% construction documents. Work will be performed at various government installations within the NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility, primarily in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. Required expertise spans architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, fire protection, commissioning, and environmental disciplines. Performance is expected to be completed by September 2026.
