The Air Force METCAL at Heath, Ohio intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Chemring Energetic Devices Inc. for JCAST/ACAST energetic devices. This acquisition will follow FAR Part 12 procedures, and the government believes Chemring is the only capable source.
