The 766 ESS is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. 766 ESS is seeking potential vendors for a Diesel Engine BPA in accordance with the draft Statement Of Work (Attachement 1). These engines will be delivered to Joint Base Elemdorf Richardson in Alaska. 1. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 335999, Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing? Please identify any Small Business Socio-economic programs your businesses are eligible for or an alternative NAICS that better fits this requirement. 2. Do you have any questions in regard to the Draft SOW? Are there areas that require additional clarification and/or information? If so, please submit. 3. Are you interested and capable of supplying the items listed in attachement 1? 4.
