JFEC INDO-PACOM Country
The U.S. Army CPE ST3 and ACC-Orlando are conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing two Joint Fires Expeditionary Classrooms (JFECs) and associated support for an INDO-PACOM Foreign Military Sales partner, with delivery anticipated by 31 December 2028 and installation, acceptance, and New Equipment Training performed in country. The JFECs must be identical or newer in form, fit, and function to the current JFEC baseline and fully interoperable with existing systems, including matching simulation architecture, courseware, CGF/SAF capabilities, instructor/trainee interfaces, and logistics/sustainment. The requirement includes a 1:12 instructor/trainee ratio, Enhanced Student Stations with realistic simulated military equipment including GLTD III, a spares package, and two years of Contractor Logistics Support identical to the existing program. Interested firms should demonstrate their ability to meet these exact interoperability requirements and identify any technical data, software licenses, third-party authorizations, Government-funded NRE, or new First Article Testing needed. Acquisition strategy is pending market research and may result in a small business set-aside or full and open competition, with award intended to a single contractor if the requirement materializes.
