The Contractor shall furnish a software license package which will include the following: RS Means Facilities Bundle Cost Data (Facility Construction, Facility Assemblies, and Facility Maintenance & Repair), RS Means Facility Preventative Maintenance Tasks Data, RS Means General Maintenance Cost data and annual maintenance. The software will be managed by the receiving organization. The RS Means cost book data will be sourced from an internet location provided by the vendor. The contractor shall provide Construction Estimating Software License Subscription for a Base year, Option Year 1 through 4, for a total of 5 years.
