Extend the solicitation with a new quotation due date to 28 Sep 2021, No Later... Amendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to: A. Provide REV Statement of Work (Dated 23 Sep 2021) with changes. B. Extend the solicitation with a new quotation due date to 28 Sep 2021, No Later Than (NLT) 12:30 P.M. AKST and provide prospective contractors sufficient time to respond and provide accurate quotes for the REV SOW (Dated 23 Sep 2021). REV Statement of Work - Paint Interior Bldg. 714 (Dated 23 Sep 202). Project consist of painting the interior of building 714. The only areas excluded are the ceilings, men's and woman's restrooms. Paint used will be a cream white color. Provide finished surfaces free from runs, drops, ridges, waves, laps and brush marks. Preparations shall include prep existing walls with spackle and caulking, spot prime repairs, and apply finish coats of paint to the existing walls. Contractor to protect existing flooring carpet areas and all hard floor surfaces all furniture items (i.e. tables, chairs, bookshelves, decorations, pictures and signs) during the construction process. All light switches, outlets, lights and any other devices that require protection shall be protected during construction and all in accordance with the REV SOW (Dated 23, 2021). Note: Facility Occupants will move all furniture items or move items such as pictures (wall mounted pictures, decorations, wall mounted TV's, signs, all electronic equipment, bookcases, books, pamphlet's, toys, tables and chairs to the center of the room. All personal items from top of each desks shall be moved prior to the contractor beginning work. Facility Occupants will move all items back in place when the project is completed. Review entire SOW for this requirements. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. Advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Government's estimate. Therefore, the estimated price should be described in terms of one of the following price ranges: (a) Less than $25,000. Provide Attachment 4 - AS-BUILT RECORD DRAWINGS (Dated APR 2014) 714 _ 7165047 SAMPLING. C. Extend the solicitation with a new quotation due date to 21 September 2021, No Later Than (NLT) 10:00 A.M. Paint used will be a cream white color. Preparations will include moving items as needed to paint wall surfaces, prep existing walls with spackle and caulking, spot prime repairs, and apply finish coats of paint to the existing walls. In accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 21 June 2021 all listed in/ under Section 1: Project Information (1.1, 1.2, 1.3,1.4), Section 2: General Requirements(2.1, 2.2, 2.2.1.,2.2.2., 2.2.3., 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.91.2.9.2, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14). Section 3: (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) Section 4: 4.1. The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances and transportation to perform all work in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Review entire SOW for this requirements. In accordance with FAR 36.204(a) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price range of this project is Less than $25,000.00 An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- 8 September 2021 at 10:00 AM AKST Participants will meet at-- Building 714 Chapel Activities Services, located off Richardson Drive, First Street in the parking lot on , JBER,- (R) AK Questions/requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing via email to cassandra.woodard@us.af.mil and alfredial.tyler@us.af.mil no later than 9 September 2021 by 4:00 PM AKST. Responses to questions and requests for clarifications will be posted no later than 3:00 PM AK ST on 10 September 2021. No additional questions will be received after 9 September 2021 AKST. Proposals shall be due 16 September 2021 NLT 1:00 PM AKST.
