This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete and unrestrictive technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved soure(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. This is NOT a solictation for proposals, propsal abstracts, or quotations. No solicitation exsists at this time. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified businesses that are capable of executing this potential contract.
