Kitchen equipment maintenance and repair requirement to support the kitchen facilities at the Bowling Center, Consolidated Officer and Enlisted Club, Golf Course Snack Bar, and the Outdoor Recreation Program to include the FamCamp area. Contract has to support emergency repairs and/or replacement on parts and kitchen equipments for the facilities listed above. Provide recommendations on for replacing equipments, relocation and installation of equipment within the facilities kitchen. Food service and bar areas have equipment that needs to have regular preventive maintenance to keep the useful life of the machines running effectively for our business operations. Equipment that require regular preventative maintenance are cooking equipment, refrigerator and freezing, Dishwasher, Food Preparation station. Please see attached Appliance List for information on items that need the repair and maintenance. Your quote should clearly identify the items for which you can provide maintenance.
