Interested parties must be able to meet the following requirements: I. DISCLAIMER THIS NOTICE IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be evaluated as a proposal. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. A return response from the government regarding RFI submissions is not guaranteed. The RFI respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation from future announcements or contracts. Respondents should indicate which portions of their response are propriety and should mark accordingly. NOTE: This RFI is not associated with any previous or ongoing RFPs or Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests issued by the DAF II. BACKGROUND The USAF TPS generates nearly 100 test professionals each year for the research, development, test, and evalaution workforce. Graduates of the Space Test Course (STC) program receive 48 weeks of dedicated instruction, to include classroom, hands-on, and laboratory experience in support of US Space Force test and evaluation requirements. The STC will culminate in an accredited Master of Science Degree as part of an integrsated curriculum with the long-standing Flight Test Course. The Contractor shall provide spaceflight opportunities and training to support the TPS curriculum in accordance with (IAW) the approved Space Test Course Syllabus, USAF TPS Research Projects requirements, and applicable USAF, USSF, and/or DoD instructions. III. SPECIFIC INFORMATION OF INTEREST The Test Pilot School (TPS) is interested in someone who can provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform curriculum development and execution as defined in this Performance of Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This includes the planning, coordination, and surveillance of the activities necessary to ensure disciplined work performance and timely resources application to accomplish all tasking under the contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining communication with the Contracting Officer (CO), and to immediately notify the CO of any problems that would prevent timely performance of this contract. The Contractor is responsible for and required to implement, and maintain management control systems necessary to plan, organize, direct, and control all activities under this contract.
