The scope of work comprises of the contractor being able to provide specialized paints and coatings to all finished machined components prior to shipment. The procurement is for three (3) International Paint (brands) specific specialized marine-grade epoxy-polyamide paint extensively tested and approved by the Naval Research Laboratory. The vendor shall deliver the specialized paints and associated painting thinners in the quantities described in section 3.0 of the scope of work. No replacements or substitutions are acceptable.
