This requirement was previously set aside for small business and pre-solicited for JCPs on 12/04/2024. This requirement is now being opened up to full and open competition. Due to the Distribution Statement on the drawings, a JCP Certification must be submitted to view the drawings and RFQ. Please send your JCP Certification to zachary.f.mccurry.civ@us.navy.mil. All associated documents will be issued after the closing date of this pre-solicitation. The deadline to submit JCP Certs is 02/05/2025.
