Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliance, and materials to perform a Site Survey/Field Investigation (DESIGN-BUILD) and Design and Construction/Install:and perform all operations necessary to provide and install a new 200 Amp, 120/208-volt, three phase Panel Board meeting DM Specifications [to be a 42 circuit, filled (all Spaces with breakers) with appropriate breakers for this project] in building 4868, at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, in strict accordance with Project FBNV240023 subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Site Visit is 25 July 2024. Submit EALs by 10 July at 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time. 8/5/2024 - The following RFI were clarified: 1. Attached file “04868-001-001.PDF” electrical drawings/as-builts for B4868 2. There is no Bid Guarantee required. 3. There is no Air Quality Activity Permit required for this project.
