The box machine must have the ability to provide the following: -Run material from 32... 7th LRS is needing a box machine that has the ability to fold corrugated cardboard to dimensions of various sizes. The box machine must have the ability to provide the following: -Run material from 32 pounds of Edge Crush Test single wall containers up to 450-pound double-wall containers. -One-pass production of box-making operation -Have the ability to make single and double wall boxes as well as regular slotted containers and full overlap containers -Must be able to create fiberboard containers with dimensions ranging from 6"x6"x6" to 86"x86"x86" -Have an in/out feed table -Not require cut-to-size prior to box configuration -Calculates and shows blank size-all score allowances and top clearances -Safety interlocks on all doors with E-Stop at all four corners -Be able to produce up to 300 boxes per hour (depending upon size and style) **THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.
