NGC?DS has fully qualified the FMU?139D/B Fuze System, including the accessory parts to Government standards. The fuze system has gained flight clearance approval for the United States Navy (USN) and United States Air Force (USAF) missions and to support ongoing flighttesting in new weapons under development to be flown by the USN, Marine Corps and USAF aircraft. As the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the FMU?139D/B fuzes and its accessory parts, only NGC?DS has the knowledge, experience and access to the technical data necessary to fulfill the Government’s needs and meet the schedule requirements. A complete Technical Data Package is planned to be delivered to the Government during late 4th quarter 2026. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302?1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. However, responsible, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
