Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, SC, plans to issue a formal RFP for C5ISR Acquisition, Engineering, and Integration (CAEI) Production, with a virtual pre-solicitation conference on 22 October 2026 at 11:00am ET requiring advance registration by email for up to three individuals per company. The contractor will support multiple large acquisition programs by producing and delivering integrated C5ISR systems, networks, and support equipment, with concurrent production of roughly 20–30 integrated systems across shipboard, subsurface, land-based, and field-based platforms. The Government estimate is approximately over $500M to $1B, and the anticipated award is a single-award, full-and-open IDIQ contract using FFP and CPFF orders, with a 5-year base ordering period plus one 5-year option.
