The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for two (2) quotes for large electronic displays as described in Salient Characteristics and PWS documents: Quote 1: Five (5) electronic displays (to include displays 1 through 5 ONLY, as described in supporting documents). Quote 2: Eight (8) electronic displays (to include displays 1 through 5 PLUS 3 optional displays, as described in supporting documents). Both quotes to include described wall-mounts or floor stand, attachment of displays to wall mounts or floor stand, installation of wall mount displays to the wall, and standard warranty as described in supporting documents. All questions must be submitted by 15 August 2024 at 1pm MDT. Answers will be posted by 16 August 2024 at 10am MDT. All quotes should be submitted to primary or seconday POC. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. Evalution will be conducted as Lowest Priced Technical Acceptable according to the Salient Characteristics and PWS documents provided. Requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract.

The intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources to provide a minimum of 5 large electronic displays and up to 3 additional optional displays (for a potential total of 8 displays), as described in attached Salient Characteristics and PWS documents, including: wall-mounts (x7) floor stand (x1) installation - (a) attaching wall mounts to 7 displays and mounting displays to wall; (b) mounting 1 interactive display to floor stand standard warranty Location: Mission Training Complex, Fort Carson, Colorado In response to this Sources Sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code. 2. Identify if able to provide the necessary supplies and service as described. Base Access: Contractor or designated personnel may be required to access the Mission Training Complex at Fort Carson Colorado during the performance of this contract. It is the contractor’s responsibility to coordinate base access and to ensure all provided personnel are allowed on base at the time required. Base access requirements may change without notice. The Government may help in this coordination; however, it is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure compliance and access as required.
