This is a modification to increase capacity by $51,000,000 from $100,000,000 to $151,000,000 and time extension from 07 February 2025 to 06 February 2026 for the previously awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) N44255-20-D-0001. The AE IDIQ has no pre-established fixed contract prices, and task orders are awarded on a firm fixed price basis. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer or his/her proper authorized representative(s). All future task orders will be executed under this AE IDIQ and only modifications to existing task orders are contemplated.
