This is a Performance Based Short-Term Task Order Bridge, based on the previous Task Order FA8802-22-F-0003 awarded to prime contractor Science Applications International Corporation, Inc. (SAIC), for continued Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to augment the Space Systems Command (SSC) Enterprise Mission Assurance Team (EMAT) effort. The scope of this effort is to provide technical assistance to execute the SSC EMAT mission in the areas of Software (S/W), Avionics, Propulsion/Ordnance, Electrical, and Mechanical/Structural Engineering. General areas and products to be provided include: 1) risk assessments; 2) mission assurance; and 3) overall independent technical assessments of ongoing and future space systems processing through program build, integration, and test to launch. This sole source task order to the incumbent contractors, SAIC, is necessary to provide adequate time for the preparation and award of a SAFS-3 competitive follow-on task order while ensuring there is no break in Technical A&AS to critical space launch programs. This contract action is required to provide continued technical support services while awaiting solicitation release and award of EMAT's A&AS competitive follow-on task order against the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) under the SSC Technical Services (STS-3) program.
