The Task Order will add several Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINS for highly specialized performance based non-personal services. This Task order was competitively awarded under the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) unrestricted Pool 5B Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) GS00Q14OADS608 to MCR Federal LLC. The period of performance will be for a base of six (6) months (27 Feb 2024 - 26 Aug 2024) with one (1) six month (6) pre-priced option (27 Aug 2024 - 26 Feb 2025) and one six month (6) month pre-priced Option (27 Feb 2025 - 26 Aug 2025) to Extend Services (FAR 52.217-8), which allows execution in monthly increments. The overall period of performance with both options exercised would be 18 months.
