Project scope has been reevaluated and a new soliciation will be issued to include additional details. Please see attached solicitation modification. The 17th Contracting Squadron,at Goddfellow AFB, TX is issuing a a solicitaion for Repairing a 50 ton air cooled chiller. This acquisition includes 1 CLIN. The Period of Performance will be 30 days after date of award. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirments of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the governement. Repairs on the following Carrier 50 ton, air-cooled unit will include replacing: (1) 38AP400946 Condenser Coil, (1) HD52AZ225 Condenser Fan Motor, (1) HR46TN001 Motor Master , (1) RC4080 Filter Drier and (19 lbs.) R410A Refrigerant; or equivalent parts. All components and insulation disturbed during the repair process will be replaced to original state. Unit will need to be reprogrammed and fully operational upon completion of repairs. , as stated in the Statement if Work (SOW).
