The Government is asking for constructive feedback for consideration for the attached PWS dated 7 December 2023. The Government would like to know if there are any areas, from an industry perspective, which are considered risk concerns, ambiguously defined, potential cost drivers for which alternate solutions may exist, or any other feedback industry would like the Government to consider if it were to pursue these requirements in a competitive solicitation. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
