It has been replaced with 513210. If you are interested in this requirement, please be sure to add 513210 to your NAICS codes in SAM.gov. The government will award to companies with a NAICS code of 513210 only. The 45 CONS at Patrick Florida has a non-performance based SERVICES requirement for the (Brand Name) Blackboard Educational Platform service. This will be a base plus four (4) option years contract. The evaluation method will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This requirement is in the Market Research phase and may incur additional changes before actual award. Please see attached PWS for details. This is a Seeking Sources Notice only. The purpose of this Seeking Sources is to determine if there are enough Small Business to warrant a set-aside for this requirement. Although proposals are encouraged, no award will be made to any proposals received in response to this notice. An official RFQ will be submitted at a later date depending on the results of this seeking sources notice.
