In accordance with FAR 16.505, this is the Government's Notice of Fair Opportunity Exception for the award of a sole-source, follow-on, bridge contract to Leidos Inc. to provide Planner Support Services for USVF at RAF Lakenheath. 48th CONS has executed the award of a firm-fixed price bridge contract on a sole source basis to Leidos Inc under the authority of FAR FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). The period of performance is a 6-month base period and one 6-month option period. The redacted Justification and Approval for this acquisition is posted as Attachment 1.
