The resulting contract is expected to be below the Simplified Acqusition Threshold (SAT) utilizing Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). The only approved source for these NSNs is Raytheon Company (CAGE 49956). The Government does not own the technical data for these NSNs.
