Naval Supply Systems Command Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) – Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible Sources to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to procure the items specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR 6.101. The Government intends to solicit the procurement of the following: NSN: 7HH 1020 011054826, Nomenclature: VALVE,CHARGING ASSE, Quantity: 2 All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
